Miss L.’s chic and beautiful boudoir portraits

It was a blast photographing Miss L. who is getting married in a few weeks on a gorgeous island. She was fun, enthusiastic and very excited about her portraits. She creatively put together her wardrobe for the session and picked a variety of outfits that were fun, sexy, modern and really complimented her. It seems like boudoir/intimate portraits are all the craze now. You hear about it on television, read about it in magazines, and it’s a very hot topic on bridal forums and chat boards.
Many people still scratch their heads when hear the word “boudoir”. Here is the wikipedia entry about boudoir.
So why is it so popular now with brides and newlyweds? All brides put a lot of time, energy and planning to look the most beautiful on their wedding day. Many of them go a step further and decide to have photos taken that are meant for their significant others’ eyes only. Holidays, anniversaries and Valentine’s day are all perfect occasions to surprise your fiance, husband or boyfriend.
