Jennifer and Thomas are born and raised Brooklynites so it was an easy decision to get engaged in Brooklyn, and take their engagement photos in Brooklyn. We started out the session in DUMBO, at the exact same spot where Thomas popped the question to Jennifer. It was great getting to know Jennifer and Thomas  and we really lucked out with gorgeous fall weather and beautiful light. Here are some of my favorite images:

Met up with Pam and Joe for their engagement portrait session in Central Park on a beautiful and sunny October afternoon.

Cynthia and Steve picked some amazing Manhattan locations for their engagement portraits.  We started at the Cloisters, stopped by Central Park where Steve popped the question, made a quick detour into the Metropolitan Museum and finished the session at the South Street Seaport.

We had a great time and can’t wait for the wedding in October!!

Emily and Mike chose the beautiful Morgan park in Glen Cove for their engagement portraits.  The rain held out for the session and some of the dark clouds actually added some pretty drama to the photos.

I photographed Daniella and Gavin’s engagement portraits in beautiful Stone Harbor, on the New Jersey shore.
Daniella has been spending all her summers here since she was a little girl and knows every little corner of the town.
We visited some of the couple’s favorite hang out spots, had some famous home made ice cream at Springer’s and I also got a mini tour of the town.
