The wedding site is live!!!

I’m super excited!!

The wedding website I have been working on the last 3 1/2 months went live this week! It has been a labor of love. Literary. 8)
The site has an easy-to-navigate interface and large images which I thought was very important. I tried to put together a cross selection of images that best represent my work and creative style.

Please visit the site and let me know what you think! You like it, you don’t like it, what do you think is the best part, are there any boring parts, etc….
I would like to hear it all!!!

Flushing Meadows Corona Park ~ New York photographer

I went to Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens to do a photo assignment.
If you visit New York City and you have a chance to get to the other boroughs such as Queens, this park should be on your must see list.
The park was hosting the World’s Fair in 1964-65, and now is home for the Unisphere, the Queens Museum of Art, the New York State Pavilion, etc.
I love the Unisphere, which is the largest globe in the world-you can see it from the subway, from several highways and from a long distance. It’s an official New York City landmark. Queens is the perfect place for the Unisphere because in this borough many different nationalities live from all over the world.
There’s a fountain under the Unisphere but during the winter the water is shot off so a lot of kids skate and rollerblade under the globe.
This park was also used in movies such as Men in Black.

New products: Custom photo greeting cards

I am always very excited about offering new products. At the end of last year I started to design custom collages and greeting cards. The greeting cards include birth announcements, thank you cards, save the date cards, holiday cards and other designs.
The samples below are designed as 4″x6″ but other sizes are available as well. The cards can be printed as a postcard with two sides or as greeting cards with four sides. All sides can be used for images or text.
Here are a few birth announcement designs:

Superbowl party at Julie’s

Anthony and I were invited to Julie’s Superbowl party. Julie grew up in Pittsburgh and she’s a hardcore Steelers fan.
I love going to Julie’s; she lives in Long Island City and has the most gorgeous view of Manhattan and the East River.
Her balcony is the best spot to watch the Fourth of July fireworks.

So there was official Steelers decoration, our own Steelers cheerleader: Alexandra and our official mascot: Kenny the dog.
Julie assembled a delicious Pittsburgh menu including perogis, saurkraut with kelbasa, spicy Italian sausages, jello with pretzels, pecan klondikes and much more. Everything was outstanding! We had so much fun!

Thanks Julie and John for your warm hospitality!!
