This was hands down the most elaborate, incredible and well planned out proposal I have ever photographed. Spent the whole day with Julie a very lucky lady from Australia and Sarah the Proposal Planner.
Hayden, Julie’s boyfriend, and Sarah came up with a fabulous Sex and the City themed proposal that most girls can only dream of.
Sarah and I surprised Julie early morning with a special box and card from Hayden and we whisked her away on a shopping spree to fabulous stores such as Barneys and La Perla to pick out some shoes and lingerie. Then a make up and hair stylist transformed Julie into a model and we had a portrait session at the Standard Hotel in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. The surprises did not end there. After the shopping and photo session and one last clue, Julie was blindfolded and driven to the Cartier flagship store on Fifth Avenue.
Inside the private room at Cartier, Hayden was waiting with a red box in hand and a gorgeous yellow diamond engagement ring! Naturally, Julie said Yes!!
