One of the things I absolutely love about New York City, is, its diversity.
It’s fascinating to be exposed to so many different cultures and events in one city.
I went to Chinatown today to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year.
Here are some images from today.

Jason - Chinese Calligraphy Scrolls - Nice pictures. Just this morning there was a lion dance right outside of my work (I live in Guangzhou, China). It is not New Year now, but lion dances can be held all year round. They are held to celebrate the opening of a new company normally. It is believed that they bring luck and prosperity and drive away evil. They are fun to watch, but can be a racket too!
